One of the things I couldn't stand about myself in high school was my "big bone structure". I was a cheerleader and was always standing next to these girls that had tiny shoulders and hips. I would slouch to try and blend in. I hated feeling bigger than them and let it take away my confidence. Lifting has given me way more confidence in my body. I have gone from the girl that would slouch to the girl who always walks with her shoulders back and proud! I realized that I could enhance the curvy figure that I have and build a strong, powerful, shapely body. Of course I have days of being picky, but I have come a long way from how hard I used to be on my body and I am still working on it #everydamnday! Back then I never would have worn a shirt like this to the gym since it shows off half of my back, but I am proud of the progress that I have made and back day has become one of my favorites! #buildyourcurves ladies! #matchymatchy #100happydays #progress #selflove #day42 #lsuhappygirls by kelseyf_inchaarg
